Trusting the flow of life isn’t always easy. It’s one thing to trust the joyful moments, but how do we trust the challenges—the heartbreaks, the pain, the darkness? It’s natural to question, to ask, “Why me?” or “How can this be for the greater good?” But what if every experience, no matter how hard, is part of a deeper meaning? What if the universe is guiding us, even through the shadows, to something greater?

Life’s hardships, even the ones that seem impossible to understand—war, suffering, loss—are lessons for the soul. They challenge the ego, which clings to comfort and certainty, but they also create space for growth. Suffering reveals resilience, compassion, and strength that we didn’t know we had. It opens the door to deeper awareness and understanding, not only of ourselves but of the world.

This isn’t to diminish the darkness—it’s real, and it’s hard. But when we begin to see that even pain has purpose, it transforms. Trust doesn’t mean we condone or welcome suffering; it means we believe in the possibility of healing and growth. It means we trust that the universe is weaving a pattern far beyond what we can see right now.
