Care Instructions

Our products are created with eco-friendly, water-based printing methods, which means mindful care is essential to preserve their quality and lifespan.

To keep your Sacred Statements piece looking its best:

  • Wash at 30°C (86°F) — never exceed this temperature.

  • Do not tumble dry — air drying only.

  • Wash inside out to protect the design and maintain color vibrancy.

  • Avoid ironing directly on the print.

Please note: If the care instructions aren’t followed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Our environmentally responsible printing process avoids harsh chemicals, making each print more delicate and requiring gentle care.

Return & Refund Policy

At Sacred Statements, we aim to reduce unnecessary waste. All products are made-to-order through conscious, low-impact production partners, meaning returns create additional environmental strain.

Still, we understand that returns can sometimes be necessary. Here’s how we handle them:

Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

You’ll receive instructions for shipping. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend completing the return process and placing a new order for the item you want instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
