At Sacred Statements, every product is created with intention — for you, and for the planet. All items are made-to-order to reduce waste, and with every purchase we plant a tree and remove plastic from the ocean, supporting meaningful environmental restoration.

Because our production approach is sustainable and made-to-order, shipping times can vary depending on the type of item and the production partner fulfilling your order.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it moves directly into production.

Standard processing time:
2–5 business days

Processing may take longer during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods.

Custom-created or handmade items may require additional time. Any extended processing times will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after production is completed.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Sweden: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on:

  • the item(s) you ordered

  • which production partner fulfills your order

  • whether your order includes custom or handmade pieces

  • your shipping location

  • local postal carrier processing

Your order may also arrive in multiple shipments if items come from different production facilities.

External factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or postal delays may extend delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package size/weight

  • current carrier rates

Some regions offer flat-rate shipping, while others use calculated rates for fairness.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (when available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure the fastest delivery, items within the same order may ship separately.
Each shipment will receive its own tracking number if applicable.

Customs & Import Duties

Most orders are produced and shipped from a facility within your region or customs zone, which means import fees are uncommon.

However, customs charges may occur depending on:

  • your country’s regulations

  • your location

  • the type of item ordered

  • where the product is produced and shipped from

Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

To minimize delays, extra fees, and environmental impact, we always aim to fulfill your order from the closest available production facility.

If you are unsure about your country’s import rules, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Delivery Issues
