Cancellation policy

At Sacred Statements, we aim to offer flexible and secure purchase options while staying transparent about our made-to-order production model. Every piece is created specifically for you, which impacts how cancellations, pre-orders, and refunds work.


Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Klarna (including “Pay Later”)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Revolut

  • Bitcoin (with potential for additional cryptocurrencies in the future)

All payments are processed securely through trusted platforms. Sensitive financial information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.


Pre-Orders

A pre-order is a reservation for an item that is not yet available or currently out of stock.

  • We may collect a full payment or a partial deposit depending on the product.

  • If a deposit is collected, the remaining balance will be charged when the item is ready to ship.

  • You may cancel a pre-order any time before the item has been fulfilled.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, standard return rules apply.

Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order, cancellations are only possible before production begins.

To request a cancellation:
Email important@sacredstatements.com as soon as possible.

Cancellations are approved if:

  • Your order has not yet entered production.

Cancellations are not possible if:

  • Your order is already in production or has been shipped.

When a cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

For pre-orders:
Cancellations are allowed until the item is fulfilled and shipped.


Refunds & Returns

Sacred Statements operates using a print-on-demand model. Each item is created specifically for you, which reduces waste but limits return eligibility.

Eligible for Refunds or Replacements:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items that arrive defective

  • Incorrect items (wrong size, design, or color compared to your order)

Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns:

  • Items produced correctly according to your order details

  • Change-of-mind returns

  • Custom-made or personalized items that cannot be resold

If you believe your item qualifies for a refund or replacement, please email delivery@sacredstatements.com with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue (if applicable)

  • a short description

We will respond as soon as possible and guide you through the next steps.
