This artwork was born in flow, and while I was painting, a poem started playing in the mix I was listening to. The timing was so perfect that it felt like synchronicity — as if the artwork itself had called the poem in. I felt deeply moved, and I knew It was the message from this being.

The statement got inspired from the wisdom in the poem How I Became a Warrior by Jeff Foster, where he writes:

“So I stopped trying to silence them, / And I dropped out of the mind, / And into the Earth.” Mindfulness Association

That line became the pulse of this piece. Drop Out Of The Mind comes alive as a colorful being — a visual invitation to stop fighting your feelings, and instead welcome them in. It’s not about erasing your mind, but about feeling from your roots, trusting the body, listening to emotion, and letting your heart lead.

In this piece you will see the energy of fear, shame, sadness, anger, and loneliness — all held with respect and invited to dance. It’s about saying: yes, I am sensitive, I am fragile, but I am not broken. I am a presence.
